Deconstructed Egg roll

If you’re an Asian food fan, you’ll enjoy this deconstructed egg roll dish. It’s low carb, and easy to make.

  1. 1 lb ground pork
  2. 1 Tbs butter or avocado oil
  3. 1/2 bag coleslaw
  4. 2 Tbs soy sauce
  5. 3 Tbs stir fry sauce
  6. 1 Tsp Sesame oil
  7. 1/4 cup Green Onion
  8. 2 Tbs Garlic, minced
  9. 1 Tbs Garlic powder
  10. 1 Tsp pepper
  11. 1 Tsp Seasoning Salt

*Brown ground pork in butter. Add seasonings and sesame oil. Drain. Add soy sauce and stir fry sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in coleslaw and green onion. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Serve!
