If you’re an Asian food fan, you’ll enjoy this deconstructed egg roll dish. It’s low carb, and easy to make.
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 Tbs butter or avocado oil
- 1/2 bag coleslaw
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 3 Tbs stir fry sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Green Onion
- 2 Tbs Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs Garlic powder
- 1 Tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp Seasoning Salt
*Brown ground pork in butter. Add seasonings and sesame oil. Drain. Add soy sauce and stir fry sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in coleslaw and green onion. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Serve!
