Perfectly Moist Keto Brownies


I’ve never really been a huge sweets person–salty and savory are more my thang, but every once in a while, a sweet craving will hit HARD. With Keto, its difficult to find something to ease the sweet craving, since it’s a low carb and little to no sugar diet. To help with my sweet cravings, I make these bad boys right here. They’re so moist, and you can barely tell the difference that these are no sugar and don’t have white flour.

  1. 1/2 Cup Cacoa Powder
  2. 3/4 Cup Sugar-free Chocolate Chips
  3. 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  4. 2 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
  5. 3/4 Cup Truvia or Stevia based Sweetener
  6. 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  7. 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  8. 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  9. 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  10. 1 Tbs Cream Cheese, softened
  11. Pinch of Salt
  12. 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts (Optional)

*Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together room temperature eggs, butter, vanilla extract. Once fully mixed, add cacoa powder, Truvia, pinch of salt, chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut and almond flour, cream cheese, baking powder with electric mixer until consistency is smooth, and all of the clumps are out. Pour brownie mix into greased brownie pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Top with sugar free confectioner’s sugar. Enjoy!
