Bacon Fried Radishes

Need a potato side substitute? Try fried radishes! They taste very similar to potatoes, minus the carbs 🙂

  1. 1 lb Radish, sliced
  2. 1/4 Cup Sweet Onion, chopped
  3. 1/4 Cup Mini Sweet Peppers, chopped
  4. 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  5. 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  6. 1 Tsp Pepper
  7. 1/4 Cup Bacon Grease

*Saute Onion and Sweet Peppers in Bacon Grease. Turn heat to high, and add Radishes. While Radishes are frying, add all seasonings. These should fry until Radishes start to brown. Remove from heat and enjoy!
