Caprese Stuffed Chicken Breast with Balsamic Glaze

Super easy chicken breast recipe!

  1. 2 Large Chicken Breast
  2.  2 Large Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Balls (I get mine from Trader Joes), sliced into 6 pieces
  3. 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  4. 2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
  5. 2 Leaves Fresh Basil
  6. 1 Tbs Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  7. 1 Tbs Seasoning Salt
  8. 1 Tbs Black Pepper
  9. 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  10. 2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  11. 1 Tbs Hot Honey

*Preheat oven to 375. Slice Chicken Breasts down the middle about three quarters through. Mix salt, pepper and seasoning salt in small bowl, then season chicken on all sides and in the middle with mixture. Place 3 slices of marinated mozzarella in each breast. Place 3 Slices of tomatoes in each breast. Place one Basil Leaf in each breast. Top each breast with 1 Tbs Olive Oil, and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, and top each breast with 1/4 Cup Mozzarella, and three additional tomato slices. Bake for additional 20 minutes. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and hot honey. Drizzle mixture on each breast.
