Keto Almond Joy Fat Bombs

These fat bombs are a good way to kick a sugar craving, while also helping to get your healthy fats in for your macros:

  1. 2 3oz Bars of Sugar Free Baking Chocolate
  2. 3/4 Cup Natural Unsweetened Cacao Powder
  3. 2 Tbs Softened Cream Cheese
  4. 1/4 Cup  Butter
  5. 8 Tbs MCT or Coconut Oil
  6. 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  7. 1/2 Cup Stevia Sweetener
  8. 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  9. 1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
  10. 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

*Melt Chocolate Bars in butter on low-medium heat. Once melted, add cacao powder and mix. Add softened cream cheese, MCT or Coconut Oil, Heavy Whipping Cream, Vanilla Extract, and Sweetener, and mix on low heat for about 20 minutes, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into candy mold or mini muffin tin (ice cube trays also work!). Top with coconut flakes and walnuts, or mix coconut flakes and walnuts in cooled mixture. Place in freezer for an hour. This recipe should make 20 candies. Enjoy!
