Healthy Keto Lemon Blueberry Poppyseed Muffins

If you’re a muffin fan, this recipe is for you!

1. 2 Cups Almond Flour

2. 1 Cup Heavy Cream

3. 2 Large Eggs, Room temperature

4. 1/2 Cup Butter

5. 1/2 Cup Stevia Sweetener

6. 1 Tsp Baking Powder

7. 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

8. 4 Tbs Lemon Juice

9. 1/4 Cup Lemon Zest

10. 3 Tbs Poppyseeds

*Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter on stove, and add in lemon juice and zest. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Place mixture in greased or baking cup-lined muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
